SHIPPING TIMELINE

Orders typically ship in 3 – 5 business days. We ship as quickly as possible, but please note we do not offer same-day shipping.

CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

All Blue Steel Targets products ship from Bellingham, Washington. Blue Steel Targets, LLC will ship to the shipping address provided by the customer during the order process. We do not offer refunds of shipping charges on missed shipments due to customer errors including incorrect address, lack of mail receptacle and other errors. Customer is responsible for additional charges on items returned to BST due to customer error.

If you cannot accept U.S. Postal Service deliveries at the shipping address you provide to us, please let us know. We are not responsible for orders that are returned by the USPS due to “No Mail Receptacle.”

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for our targets are indicated in the product description as follows:

Fixed shipping cost: All FIXED SHIPPING COST products must ship via UPS ground service. Prices indicated are to the lower 48 states. For shipping to AK, HI, PR or GU, please contact us 360-927-8545

Please provide a valid street shipping address for these items. FIXED SHIPPING COST items cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Calculated at checkout: CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT items ship either UPS or USPS, depending on which is more economical. If you wish to upgrade your order for UPS shipping, please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

To track your shipment, include your email with your order and you’ll automatically receive shipping info. If you do not receive this email, contact us. Please note that tracking numbers for USPS are all numbers, and tracking numbers for UPS are a combination of letters and numbers. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused products only. Refunds do not include shipping costs to the customer or back to BST. Please note that products marked “free shipping” include the shipping costs in the price of the product. Refunds for these products will total the amount paid, less the actual shipping charges to the customer.
